East Kent Evensong
This website features Come & Sing Evensongs that are taking place in
country churches in the East Kent area, which will be open to any
singers with some choral experience.
These are organised by Phil Price, who lives in Sandwich. Phil is an
experienced church music conductor and choral singer, and is hoping to
attract the support of all who enjoy singing Choral Evensong and who
love Kent's country churches.
There is normally no audition, and singers just need to be comfortable
singing with this kind of music and able to read music well enough to
prepare ahead of each event. There will be a rehearsal on the day of
each service and sometimes one other rehearsal a few days before.
